Load time and page weight.

Code health

Outdated libraries that need updating.

Mobile

How the layout works on a phone.

Is it really free?

Yes. The check-up and the report cost nothing.

Does it change anything on my site?

No. Refreshly only reads what any visitor can see. It never logs in or changes anything.

What if my site gets a low grade?

Every problem comes with a suggested fix. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our web team can.

Accessibility scan

An automated accessibility scan for websites in the EU.

It tests a page against the automated checks of WCAG 2.1 level A and AA, the technical reference of EN 301 549, and lists the failures it finds. The first release will be a free one-page scan, in English. Paid plans that cover more pages are planned.

Measures technical failures found by automated tests. It does not show whether a website meets the EAA or any other law.

Tell me when it opens
  • The top failures on the page, each with its WCAG criterion and EN 301 549 reference
  • A suggested fix for each failure
  • Clear limits: automated tests cover only part of WCAG, and manual checks such as keyboard and screen reader tests are not included
